The event, at WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams on Sunday 9 August, will run from 11am to 3pm and feature a bouncy castle and soft play, face painting, and arts and crafts.

There will also be an appearance by a fire engine and Wolverhampton Wanderers’ mascot Wolfie, community stalls and an ice cream van, while visitors will also be able to pick up a free 7 day WV Active membership pass.

Councillor Obaida Ahmed, the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Community, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming families for a fantastic day filled with fun, fitness, and creativity.”
